What Causes Rash And Open Scars Under Testicles?

im having a rash under the balls and sides of the balls where the legs and the ball meet and the skin is peeling off the area with two open scars and the fore skin is also very stiff and is ruptured with multiple cuts ... i didnt have any sex or toys im 20 please help

Ir isn't due to sexual contact. It is known is Jock itch and is a fungal infection.

Treatment Consists of:-

1.Lifestyle Modification:-
Wear loose clothes, and only 100% cotton underwears. Change underwear daily. Keep the area clean and dry.

2.Medications:-
Combination topical therapy of Clotrimazole/Hydrocortisone 3 times a day. Tablet Claritin by mouth twice daily. It will heal you up in no time.
