I have a rash that started very briefly day 1 as a swelling on the right upper outer side of the lip of my anus and day 2 & 3 (today) has become an obvious rash/swelling of my perineal raphe. I am female and this same rash/swelling appears regularly after my paartner and I have sex a few days in a row. I usually use betadine or savlon cream to ease the rash during the day and aloe vera at night. We are monogamous and have been together nearly 20 yrs. I have never been to the doctor for the problem and have had it about 5 yrs or more.
