What Causes Rash Between Middle And Ring Finger?

Good Evening Doctor, I am a Professor of Business and have come to the US recently as a resident. Only this evening, I saw a rash-like patch between my middle and ring fingers of my left hand. What could this be? I do wash my hands several times in a day, with a liquid cleanser. My e-mail address is YYYY@YYYY .

I really appreciate your concern, this could be hypersensitive reaction and this can be best managed with second generation antihistamine and best option would be "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care.
