What Causes Rash Like Pimples On Lower Back And Between Buttocks?
hi my fiance has a rash/pimple/scaby area on his upper buttcrack and it goes up to his lower back. It started off as a pimple but he scratched it,it popped and it got worse not sure if it s infected or if we re over reacting. Some advice or suggestions would be great. Thank you!

He may just be having a form of skin infection that is due to moist conditions created in areas like the buttcrack, groin armpits etc. He can take a tab cetrizine once a day for 3 days and also keep the affected area dry. Wear dry underwear and dust the area around the rash with clotrimazole powder twice a day. It will resolve in 3-4 days or you can get back to me.
