What Causes Rash Near Vaginal Area After Using Cream For Hemorrhoids?

I have external hemorrhoids and was given a cream to use rectally by my physician. The day after I started using it I got a rash of some sort right below my vagina; so in between my anus and vaginal opening. It burns and hurts. Should I be concerned?

It seems tht the partof skin of that area is sensitive to some content of the cream.....so the rash may be allergic in type. You can replace the cream with another one which is same in action but have different content.
I hope it will help
