What Causes Rash On Back Of The Neck?
Hi for a couple years now I get a rash on the back of my neck just above the hair line. it tends to scab and when I scratch it, it is like clumps of dead skin almost like a scab. It also seems to have some oil like discharge (clear is but yellow in color) stress really makes it bad I am 6'1" 200 pounds 31 years old white male
