What Causes Rash On Inner Thigh And Around Scrotum?
hi,my 16 month old son got a bad rash on his inner thigh last week it was one big patch of red, now it has spread as dots and across his scrotum looking bright red n patchy.. is this nappy rash as hes never had it before and creams have hardly helped n more so made it worse than better?

hello. as per your description it may be a final infection. you can consult your doctor he will be best judge. if needed he will prescribe antifungal ointment.
