i have had a rash on my face for nearly a year. i have seen several doctors (who are in contact with each other), but have not had a solid diagnosis to date---i've been told it was impetigo, which then progressed to cellulitis but maybe there,s ringworm involved. some of the cultures have turned up nothing while others have pointed to staph, including mrsa.
this has easily been the most painful and expensive malady i've ever had. i should add that i'm very allergic and i am also undergoing tests for an underlying autoimmune disorder.
