Hi, for the past three weeks, I've been having sort of like a rash on the palm of my hands. It starts out like a little bump then turns white and then it dries out and cracks into a circle. Sometimes it turns red and feels like a cut with a little pain. I've been using all types of lotions even prescribed one's and it continues to happen. Any idea what it might be and what can I do?
