What Causes Rash On The Abdomen While On Norco And Oxycodone?

I have a rash on my abdomen, it actually looks like welts, no side effects. I have had no pain, no itchiness. My pain management my medication from NORCO to Oxicodone. I saw him today he saw the rash and he could not identify it..I have a picture of it.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have rash on the abdomen while on Norco and Oxycodone. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like contact dermatitis , eczema , food allergy , but in your case the symptoms are probably occur due to Norco and Oxycodone as their side effects as both are known to cause itching and hives as their side effects . I would suggest you to apply cold compresses on rashes to reduce redness and inflammation , take over the counter anti histamine like benadryl twice a day and avoid food like nuts and seas food . Consult doctor who prescribed these medicine and discuss the condition. Doctor may alter the dose or prescribe substitute .
