Stop ciprofloxacin immediately. Do not take it future also. Always keep a card in your pocket mentioning that you have allergy to ciprofloxacin 2. Levocetirizine 5 mg once daily per oral for 5 days 3. You can apply calamine lotion – three times daily 4. Immediately go to hospital if you have any sign of anaphylaxis such as breathing difficulty, low blood pressure, nausea/vomiting, throat constriction, unconsciousness etc Do not take any antibiotic indiscriminately and without doctor’s consultation. For UTI 1. Drink plenty of water to flush out bacteria 2. Drink cranberry juice 3. Azithromycin 500 mg daily per oral for 5 days 4. Do not hold your urine. Urinate when you feel 5. Urinate after having sex to flush bacteria 6. Syrup alkaline citrate 2 teaspoonful three times daily for 20 days 7.
