General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is possible that your child is experiencing an allergic reaction to one of the medications she was prescribed. An allergic reaction can present with rashes and cough. I recommend to consult your doctor in person for examination. Keep her comfortable and hydrated. You could apply Calosoft Lotion to help with the rash symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
