What Causes Rashes All Over Body?

Hi i hope i can have the rite information to my questions. i have a friend who is having rashes on her body and after some blood test results its have there are chances she may be a victim to LUPUS. a doctor from her native country Lebanon says to use this DIPROFOS INJECTION. We a bit hesitant to go ahead with the injection. so i am out here on a doctors second opinion. please help us..

Hi

Lupus is an autoimmune disease caused due to antibodies produced against ones own body which leads to damage of skin and various other organs. Hence immunosuppressants like steroids are the most important medication used in lupus.You have not mentioned the investigations done which would have helped us in confirming the diagnosis.If you have taken antibody test like ANA,APL ot Anti-Sm and one or more of them are positive,your diagnosis is likely to be confirmed.I would recommend your friend to start taking diprofos which is a steroid containing betamethasone.
