What Causes Rashes All Over The Body With Fever And Cough?
Hi I have an employee who just went to the Philippines (work related). Within a week of arrival, she developed a rash with bumps all over her body. Since then she has also experienced fever, a severe cough and fatigue. Doctors in the Philippines do not seem to know what the cause is. Any ideas? thanks

Hello,
It is some viral exanthem. Ask her to take paracetamol for fever. Antihistaminic as levocetirizine for the skin issue.
Multivitamin also. If Philippine people have no idea, then she must be put on observation. Strict bed rest. All lab tests as CBC, liver function tests, kidney function tests. And constant monitoring.
