What Causes Rashes All Over The Legs?

Hi. I had a rash all over my legs this weekend. Have no idea where it came from as I have no known allergies and am not on any medication. Now I have a welt like rash on the back of my leg that is scaly, hot to the touch and hard, but it does not itch.

Hello Dear. Though you may not be aware of any allergies but it can be due to some allergen around you like pollen, some diet like egg, fish, animal hair etc. You need to identify what is that allergen and avoid it. You may have to undergo a blood test to see complete blood count. If there is allergy in the blood which is suggested by eosinophilia you may have to take a course of tablet benocid forte or hetrazan three times a day for 2 weeks.

Meanwhile you take tablet cetrizine 2 or 3 times a day for 2 weeks. Apply topical creams like betnovate or
