What Causes Rashes Along With Blisters On The Shoulder And Chest?

I have a clear, blistering rash (like the blisters you get from a mild sunburn) that started on my right shoulder and has spread across my chest and just under my chin. It itches, but is not red. I have had this problem before and it always starts on the tops of my arms and then spreads towards the center of my chest. It has also happened on the outside part of both hips and the small of my back. I annoy identify any trigger and Benadryl /Hydrcortizone do not help. I am a Type 1 Diabetic with peripheral neuropathy and fibromyalgia.

Hello

Welcome to healthcare magic.

I have read your question completely and understand your concerns.

You are right in linking your constipation with your activity. Lack of exercise / activity does cause constipation.

If you still have constipation, you could take an osmotic laxative like Lactulose 15-30 mls once or twice a day.

You could also increase the fibre content of your diet by increasing the fiber content of your diet- take plenty of vegetables and fruits.

Is there any way by which you can exercise indoors?

I hope this answer has helped you.

Thank you

Regards
