What Causes Rashes And Peeling Of Lips?

I have a allergic which cause my lips to peel of the skin .. it gets rashes then abit rough then after awhile it starts peeling .. had been to the doctor the blood test came negative .. the dr said it might be shrimp becuz it was 33 smthing.. Can anyone help me ?
