Welcome to HCM.. thanks for the query.. do you have any fever now? both the things may not be related.. the rash at the vagina could be non infective erythematous skin due to mechanical friction which can be reduced by applying powder like Nebasulf on the area and keeping the area dry.. it could be a fungal infection also and the glands which you are mentioning as painful may be lymph nodes. you can try the powder and ointment of same if required and avoid oral medications as your stomach is sensitive. some general measures like maintaining hygiene of the genital parts, keeping your self well hydrated and eating healthy food can improve the health..
