What Causes Rashes In Armpit, Burning Sensation In Eyes And Cough?

4 days of both sides under arm rash and red outside the armpit shaving area, eyes burning and overly red, a bit of a cough, stomach a bit upset - but not extreme and no vomiting. I just feel a bit sluggish.Mostly rash under arms....weird. I have never had this. I have not changed any soaps or deodorants and I am 47 yrs old- never have I had this.
