Hi,

The rashes cover the part covered by shirt. I feel it can be hypersensitivity to talcum powder you use after bath, some deodorant your sprayed or the material of your clothes esp. shirt. All of these come in contact with the affected body part. It can also be due excessive sweating causing such reaction. I feel checking up blood sample to know about allergic reaction should help in diagnosis. Taking care of the allergens accordingly. Addition of antifungal oral pills in addition to ointment would help.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
