What Causes Rashes On Arms/face And Dark Urine While On Amoxicillin?

I have been taking amoxicillin for 4 days, prescribed 500 mg@ 3 times a day. Only able to take 2 times a day because of work hours. I have started to get a rash on both arms. Face has a rash, itchy and red. Dark urine when I use the restroom. Am I having an allergic reaction? Should I go to emergency room to have it checked out?

Hello and thank you for asking Healthcaremagic.

The symptoms that you describe correlate with an allergic reaction.
Stop taking this medicine and go to the emergency room to be checked. The dark urine is a symptom of problems with your kidneys.

Don't waste any more time.

Wish you all the best.
