General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Crocin (paracetamol) allergy is rare but it is possible. But your kids problem can be most likely a rash of fever. Hemorrhagic fevers or measles can give such presentation also. Measles rash comes after 3 days of fever. So better approach a pediatrician to rule out this. Blood routine and platelet count should be done also.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
