Hi Doctor my American Caucasian five and a half year old Niece Natalie has a rash that goes up from her legs to the inside of her innie bellybutton knot and from her bellybutton to her chest by her nipples next to her heart area on her chest. The rash happens after she wets herself with her urine in her pullups everynight. And she raises her belly and back up and down while she is laying down so that she can breathe when she has an attack with the rash. I felt the inside of Natalie's bellybutton during an attack she had and her intestines are going crazy behind her bellybutton during the attack. And Natalie says her belly hurts with pain behind her bellybutton before and after an attack. Her nipples erect fully on her chest also when she has an attack and it's really hard for her to breathe during an attack with the rash.
