What Causes Rashes On Chest,neck And Spreading Across Face?

Hello I have this awful blushing rash that appears on my chest and neck and goes up to my face. It gets very warm,hot to touch. It just happens now with everyday activities. I can t continue to live in turtlenecks. Is Craniofacial erythema a possibility? It s affecting my life tremendously. What can I do? I see beta blockers can they help?

I really appreciate your concern, this could be urticarial rash and most of the time this is idiopathic, but this can be best managed with antihistamine and best option would be "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day, condition may be self limiting, hope this information helps, take care.
