You have developed rashes on legs and have history of ivy poison on your forearms from which you got over. You should take care of your hygiene, use mild soap & take bath regularly. Wear soft cotton clothes. Avoid going outdoors for a few days. You can apply hydrocortisone ointment on the affected area of the legs to get rid of itching and discomfort.
Take non-sedating antihistamines for relieve. Stay away from dust, pollen, poison ivy, animal dander, paints, pollution, smoke , etc that may cause allergic reactions on your sensitive skin.
