Dear- You might be incubating a viral infection . It is common to have low graded fever and rash when it is a viral. You need to see how it will continue with the symptoms because it could be flu. Sometimes, your body will fight against it and it will go away in 48-72 hrs. However, if it doesn't improve, I recommend you to get a medical evaluation. In the meantime, you can use a local anti-itch lotion and antihistamine over the counter as Benadryl.
