What Causes Rashes On Neck, Face, Chest And Stomach?

We been to the doctors 2 times this week to figure out what is going on with my 5 year old son, On Thursday he woke up just fine and ate some breakfast and came to me for a drink, And it started patches of a rash on hes, We went to the doctors on Friday, And he said he might be food related. But went to the doctor today, but they said its something he contacted with it, And they will see him back next monday. They gave him an strep throat test and test came back fine, It started on hes face and now its all over hes neck, chest, stomach, butt area, and heading toward hes private parts. He have no fever, No sore throat or coughing, Sometimes he itched but not all the time, And its spreading more everyday. I have posted above some pictures of him! If you could help out that would be great! We want to know what it is!
