What Causes Rashes On Penis Foreskin?

Hi i have like a red rash around my foreskin i dont have any STD - STI s as i got the all clear the other week but its concerning me as its not warts, thrush or herpes but it only popped up just after i got checked out can you please help me i would really appriciate it ?
