Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

1. Your concern may be intertrigo - secondary to the candidial yeast infection due to excessive sweating.
2. You can try eberwin 1% cream twice daily on dry skin.
3. Dust abzorb powder twice daily after applying the cream and also as maintenance.
4. Bath twice and avoid wet clothes.

It's not contagious and won't spread beyond certain areas in the body and it can be controlled easily, don't worry.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sandeep Golla
