What Causes Rashes On The Arms And Face?

Hi, I have been getting hives for the past couple of months. They are random and get worse with each episode. I went to urgent care on this past Friday because they are were so bad. I get them mostly on my toso, face and arms. I received a steroid shot and a shot of Benadryl. I have been taking the Benadryl consistently when I start to break out. It helps somewhat. This week I have had an elevated heart rate in the 120-130 range and also my BP is high, last reading was 155/109. I have also developed a cough at times. I am exhausted and also run a low grade temp 99.7 - 100.5 ..... I can t get into an allergist until August. Should I be concerned?

is allergen as the sole cause for agony of situation .
- atmospheric pollen - food or water ingredient - house dust - some
fabric of cloth - certain soap , detergent , deoderant - others
@ Till you get the specialist take necessary care as
$ Tub bath with epsom salt with lavender oil added in lukewarm water
$ Avoid exposure to dusty environments
$ Wear clean , dry , cotton clothes
$ Refrain from use of smoking or alcohol if using
