What Causes Rashes On The Arms?
I have been getting bruises on same arm at night looks like finger bruises and it is always in same area and I have restless sleep the same night. I do have some nerve damage in that arm and have tremors. But what I can not explain by any stretch of the imagination why it is always the same arm, same area, and I have no memory of any type of injuries that could cause bruising.

The description sounds to correlate with particular area compression when sleeping which gives blenching of the subcutaneous prominent veins which exactly present as rashes for a period of time.
If it is appearing the rest of the time without sleeping time in the same area, then something has to be sorted out with physical examination otherwise not.
