What Causes Rashes On The Body Along With Fatigue And Nausea?

I have a friend that has a mild rash all over his body. I understand that it s unusual for it to be on the palm of your hands. This does not itch but he has experienced fatigue and nausea. Is is under the skin and raised in a few areas. I tried to send a picture but it didn t give me the option to do so.

Good day Sir and thank you for posting your question. I will suggest you take your friend to the hospital and do some investigation like full blood count, HIV test etc. And a doctor will look at the rash and make a diagnosis.
