General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Certain strains of gut bacteria and virus are responsible for skin rash with vomiting and headache. Control of basic infection will resolve all issues with time.

Consult his doctor for antibiotics, anti emetic and other supportive care. Primary relief with oral rehydration salt, calamine lotion over rash will serve best soothing agent.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
