What Causes Rashes On The Chest And Shoulder Of A Child?

my 7 year old has a rash that started on her chest. Now it s on her shoulders and a little under her neck on her back. She was outdoors on Sunday in woods. It s itchy and she has a hard time leaving it alone. Does this warrant a Dr visit. Any suggestions?

It is mostly due to some fungal infection for which you can take antibiotics like cefadroxyl or zifi-cv after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or Avil for any itching or rashes. Apply clonet lotion or clo-trimazole cream locally over the affected area. You can take steroids if not improved with above treatment.
