Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of rashes on the face, arms and legs which seems to be due to allergic reaction, contact dermatitis, poor hygiene and heat rash.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to
- Avoid itching and pricking rashes.
- Apply petroleum jelly and protect them from sun exposure.
- Take anti histamine or anti-allergic medication such as Montu combination of Monteleukast and Cetrizine twice a day.
- Apply cold compresses to rashes.
If condition does not get well then consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants along with corticosteroid ointment and antibiotics .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
