General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The rash on a child's face can be from different reasons from seborrhoic dermatitis to an allergic reaction to the medications he is using.

It is important to have the child checked with your doctor to make sure of the exact cause. If a local skin condition such as eczema or seborrhoic dermatitis is suspected, local treatment is needed.
If this is likely to be an allergic reaction to the medication, he will need to stop it.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

Regards,
