What Causes Rashes On The Hands And Legs?
I have MS. A while ago I started getting abnormal bruising especially on my hands. All I had to do was bump into something or inadvertently scratch my hand on something. It seems like the skin is very thin. Recently I noticed these on my legs and arms although they are smaller. They are very deep reddish and purple in colour and vary in size and shape. What is the cause?

As a first line management you can apply low potency steroid ointment like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief.
If lesion persist it will be better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
