General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It's suggestive of herpes simplex. Based on the history you seem to be suffering from a sexually transmitted infection called herpes simplex until proved otherwise. I advise you to consult your doctor for proper clinical examination and relevant lab tests to confirm the diagnosis and its appropriate treatment.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
