What Causes Rashes On The Inner Thigh?

hi i have a rash on my inner thigh at the top, it is oval shape with a red outline and it is a mustard color on the inside, it does not itch and is very smooth to the touch, its about the size of a 50p at the moment but i noticed it about 2 weeks ago and i thought it might be a shaving rash but it is getting bigger, please help
