What Causes Rashes On The Legs Along With Fever?

We are on vacation and have walked about 20,000 steps today. My mother broke out in a rash on the back of her legs and is now so cold she has the shakes. She said she feels terrible and has actually been crying ( not like her). She is finally asleep but still shivers ever few minutes. She does not feel to have a fever. She is 62 years old. We went on a trip two weeks ago and the same thing happened but it seems worse this time. I have tried to get her to go to regent care but she has refused. Any ideas?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Viral hemorrhagic fevers can have rash. So better to check blood routine examination. Take warm fluids like tea with lemon ,chicken soup with pepper etc. Take acetaminophen for temperature. Avoid advil and aspirin.
Thanks.
