What Causes Rashes On The Lower Leg And Arms?
I have a bruise on my lower leg that won t go away and it s been 3 months and now I have another bruise on my arm that is doing the same thing. It s developed a hard lump underneath the bruise. I want to know what it could be but none of the conditions were right.

For bruise clinical examination is necessary
Repeated bleeding in superficial skin can lead blood accumulation and hence lump feeling can be there
So for bruise investigate with CBC including platelet count and with PT, APTT also
According to cause specific treatment given
You can Consult dermatologist or physician for examination and further work up accordingly
