Hello,my name is dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. A rash on your upper body can be due to a number of conditions. Some of the causes are: -Contact dermatitis is caused by allowing skin to come into contact with a substance that causes irritation. -Seborrheic dermatitis can appear on upper body as a red, scaly, itchy rash. -Eczema can also cause a red, itchy rash. It is often found in crevices such as elbows and behind knees, but can also affect the area behind ears and portions of neck. Treatment for a rash on your upper body will vary depending on the cause. Some advices are: -wash the area - It is best to avoid scrubbing or scratching your skin - apply either calamine lotion or hydrocortisone cream or ointment If the situation gets worse contact the local doctor.Hope my answer was helpful, thanks!
