What Causes Rashes On Upper Legs And Throughout Groin Area?

I have a rash that started at the bend of my legs and has traveled on my ball sack and now it has traveled to my shaft and to the head of my penis it does not itch and has stopped spreading. My wife felt as though it was poison ivy but I usually am not susceptible to it.

Hi,

Once swab from that area is helpful for proper diagnosis! With physical examination take proper hygiene till with antiseptic soaps and water. Immune system is also cause if you have any other symptoms also.
