What Causes Rashes Under The Breasts And On The Upper Arms?
66 YO female, rashes popping up in various places. top of foot, under breast upper arms, waist line, and buttok went to ER last night and blood test revealed nothing attending doctor said . today getting worse. was told to put lamesil topical, emoxacilin orally.

Lamisil is an anti fungal cream and amoxicillin is an anti bacterial medication.
Though fungal and bacterial rashes can occur at the same time, it is unusually for fungal rashes to spread so rapidly (changes between last night and today).
Fungal infections are usually slow changing.
Allergic and bacterial infections or rashes that go along with viral illnesses , can spread rapidly.
You should consider seeing another doctor for assessment and treatment especially since there is a significant change in the last few hours.
