What Causes Rectal Bleeding After Bowel Movement With Mucus And Anus Itching?

About 6 months ago I had a night of heavy drinking and I vomited a lot.... the next day I had to urgently use the bathroom and to my shock the toilet along with my poop was bright red.... it scared me but I was to ashamed to go to the hospital so I waited to see what would happen during my next bowl movement. There was no blood so I ignored it. I ve had mucus in my stool (large amounts) for the past couple months. Sometimes it s yellow and when I wipe the paper is yellow and theirs bits and pieces of I guess food? Idk.... anyway there s also what looks like tiny specs of blood.... I m 24 years old and I m 5 11 200 lbs with a poor diet. My anus also itches throughout the day.... really really bad and I just have to scratch... when I do it feels way too good... maybe I have a fishes? Cancer? Hemroids? I don t have health insurance and a doctor visit would break me poor... please help I m freakino out.. thanks

You have problem of blood in stool that because of anal fissure. External hemorroid is lump like lesion around anus. internal hemorroid may cause blood in stool.
Anorectal examinations is helpful for proper diagnosis.

Consent a doctor for proper Ano rectal examination.

For anal fissure treatment you have to take following care. ...

Avoid spicy and fatty foods.
Drink more water. .Maintain proper hygiene around anus. Don't scratch aound anus.

Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables.
Avoid alcohol drinking and smoking.
Avoid straining at toilet.
