What Causes Rectal Bleeding And Smelly Discharge From Umbilicus?

Hi I'm a 19 year old male. I had a umbilical abcess the size of a peach surgically removed in 2009. In 2010 I developed an pilonidal abcess and had it lanced. This past April the pilonidal abcess came back worse and I had it taken care of surgically. My back side seems to be healing fine, but a week ago I started having bleeding from my rectum again and a yellow smelly discharge out my belly button like before and I feel sick. What is going on?
