Hello,

What is the colonoscopy report says? yes, hemorrhods or polyps or fissure may present like blood in stools. Blood in sputum may be due to lung pathology. Blood in vomitus may be due to peptic ulcer disease or esophagal varies or malignancy etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Get it done a chest x-ray, echocardiogram and consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
