What Causes Rectal Bleeding When Diagnosed With Peptic Ulcer Disease?

I have been diagnosed with ulcers and l.pylori. I m taking antibiotics and, antacids. I just had a long brown string of poop. I ve been taking fiber supplents. It was like 7 inches long and brown and tough to pull apart. Is this worms or something else?

there is no such problem in that type of stool but if there is bleeding then you should mention the duration of antibiotics if it is more than 5 days also if your bowel habits are good and the bleeding subside in 2 to 3 days then its ok
