What Causes Rectal Bleeding?
My sister has been bleeding from the rectum area for about the last 2 weeks. The only thing that s been different is that she has been trying to exercise to tone up. But we do have a history of colon cancer, our father had died from it. She s really frightened by all this bleeding.

Take high fibre diet and do regular exercise. Drink plenty of water.
