What Causes Rectal Itching And Bleeding?

rectal bleeding for about 2 weeks especially when I go to bathroom plus about 2 inches at top of but Crack feels sore and kind of swollen..when I poop feels like I have a razor blade in my retum..I have also felt kind of itchy..but preparation h helped that a little.

In my opinion, since you have rectal bleeding for quiet a long time, you have noticed a swelling and you have pain, it could be hemorrhoids. Not to worry, see a surgeon in pjerson and have a detailed per rectal examination to confirm the diagnosis, and to find out the grade of hemorrhoids.Depending on the grade of hemorrhoids, you will have to take appropriate treatment.
